62J.80 RETALIATION. A health plan company or health care provider shall not retaliate or take adverse action against an enrollee or patient who, in good faith, makes a complaint against a health plan company or health care provider. If retaliation is suspected, the executive director may report it to the appropriate regulatory authority. History: 1998 c 407 art 2 s 18
