62Q.16 MIDMONTH TERMINATION PROHIBITED. The termination of a person's coverage under any health plan as defined in section 62A.011, subdivision 3, with the exception of individual health plans, issued or renewed on or after January 1, 1995, must provide coverage until the end of the month in which coverage was terminated.
