§ 67a-42

67A.42 WITHDRAWAL BY MEMBERS. Any member of the association may withdraw from membership upon giving 90 days' notice of its intention so to do when the withdrawal has been authorized by a majority vote of its members present and voting at a regular meeting or a special meeting called for that purpose. This withdrawal shall not in any way affect its liability to contribute to any losses or expenses which may have been incurred prior to the time of withdrawal. History: 1967 c 395 art 8 s 42
