79A.16 OPEN MEETING; ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE ACT. The security fund and its board of trustees shall not be subject to (1) the Open Meeting Law, chapter 13D, (2) the Open Appointments Law, (3) the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, chapter 13, and (4) except where specifically set forth, the Administrative Procedure Act.
