79A.28 OPEN MEETING; ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE ACT. The commercial self-insurance group security fund and its board of trustees shall not be subject to: (1) the Open Meeting Law, chapter 13D; (2) the Open Appointments Law; (3) the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, chapter 13; and (4) except where specifically set forth, the Administrative Procedure Act.
