609.395 STATE MILITARY FORCES; INTERFERING WITH, OBSTRUCTING, OR OTHER. Whoever, when the United States is at war, does either of the following may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 20 years or to payment of a fine of not more than $35,000, or both: (1) intentionally makes or conveys false reports or statements with intent to interfere with the operation or success of the military or naval forces of this state; or (2) intentionally causes or incites insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty in the military or naval forces of this state, or obstructs the recruiting or enlistment service of this state.
