625.14 RECOGNIZANCE TRANSMITTED TO COURT OF APPEALS. Every recognizance taken in pursuance of section 625.13 shall be transmitted by the judge to the court of appeals on or before the first day of the next term, and shall be filed and recorded by the clerk of the appellate courts.
