626.22 MALICIOUSLY PROCURING SEARCH WARRANT; MISCONDUCT IN USE. Every person who shall maliciously and without probable cause procure a search warrant to be issued and executed, and every officer who, in executing a search warrant, shall willfully exceed the officer's authority, or exercise it with unnecessary severity, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
