631.46 SENTENCE SERVED IN ANOTHER COUNTY WHEN NO FACILITY AVAILABLE IN COUNTY OF OFFENSE. If a sentence requires imprisonment at a local correctional facility and there is no suitable facility in the county in which the offense was committed, the court may order the sentence to be executed in any other county where there is a suitable facility.
