80E.15 MANUFACTURERS, DISTRIBUTORS, FACTORY BRANCHES ACTING AS LESSORS. A manufacturer, distributor or factory branch acting in the capacity of lessor of buildings or facilities to a new motor vehicle dealer may not take any actions or include in a lease agreement relating to those buildings or facilities any provisions which would be in contravention of or prohibited by sections 80E.01 to 80E.17.
