80F.05 HOURS OF OPERATION. A supplier may set forth in a marketing agreement the required number of hours per day and days per week that the dealer must maintain the retail outlet open for business. However, the supplier shall not unreasonably withhold consent to a modification of such requirements where the dealer can demonstrate that the modification is reasonable based on a change of circumstances, including economic conditions.
