80F.18 CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION. The laws of the state of Minnesota shall govern any marketing agreement whereby the dealer is or will be marketing motor vehicle fuel in Minnesota and venue for all actions shall be the state of Minnesota. Any condition, stipulation or provision, including any choice of law provision or any choice of venue provision, purporting to bind any person who is acquiring a marketing agreement to be operated in this state to waive compliance with any provisions of this chapter is void.
