82A.25 CRIMINAL PENALTIES. Any person who willfully violates section 82A.13 or any order of the commissioner pursuant thereto of which that person has notice, may be fined not more than $5,000 or imprisoned not more than five years or both. Each of the acts specified shall constitute a separate offense and a prosecution or conviction for any one of the offenses shall not bar prosecution or conviction for any other offense.
