84.0261 DISPOSITION OF REIMBURSEMENT FROM NATURAL DISASTERS. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, money received by the commissioner of natural resources as reimbursement for damages, losses, or service costs incurred because of a natural disaster shall be deposited in the special revenue fund and is appropriated to the commissioner to accomplish the goals of those programs from which funds were diverted in response to the natural disaster.
