84.525 MAINTAINING CAMPSITES IN BWCA. All reservation fees paid to the state attributable to state-owned lands within the Boundary Waters Canoe Area must be credited to an account in the special revenue fund and are appropriated to the commissioner of natural resources for maintenance of state-owned campsites within the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. The commissioner may enter into cooperative agreements with the federal government for maintenance of the campsites. History: 1992 c 513 art 2 s 21
