84A.26 PROJECT LANDS TO BE HELD BY STATE. The title to parcels of land within a project, except lands within the boundaries of a city, that are acquired by the state under Laws 1927, chapter 119, as amended, must be held by the state free from the trust in favor of the taxing districts specified in that chapter.
