84B.05 OWNERS OF CERTAIN IMPROVED PROPERTIES MAY FILE CLAIMS. Any person leasing land of the state of Minnesota for cabin site purposes within the boundaries of Voyageurs National Park may file with the legislature, a claim for the fair market value of any recreational residential dwelling, the construction of which was commenced on or after January 1, 1969 and before January 1, 1970.
