86B.001 WATER USE POLICY. It is the policy of this state, which is blessed with an abundance of water, to promote its full use and enjoyment by all of the people, now and in the future, to promote safety for persons and property in connection with the use of the waters of the state, to promote uniformity of laws relating to the use, and to conform with use requirements of the United States.
