89.025 DORER MEMORIAL HARDWOOD FOREST; LAND USE RESTRICTED. After June 1, 1993, the commissioner may not allow the use of additional state forest lands within the boundaries of the Richard J. Dorer Memorial Hardwood State Forest for development or operation of a motor sports area for use by all-terrain vehicles, motorcycles, or four-wheel drive trucks without legislative approval.
