89.033 GIFTS. The commissioner may accept for and in behalf of the state, any gift, bequest, devise, or grant of land or interest in lands in any state forests, or of money or personal property of any kind, which the commissioner may deem suitable for use in connection with the operation, control, development, or use of any state forest.
