89.05 ACCOUNTING SYSTEM. The Department of Natural Resources shall consolidate and simplify the accounting system within the department for receipts from department managed lands, disbursements made on a regular basis, and the program for federal aids and grant reimbursements. The new accounting system shall be implemented with the cooperation and under the supervision of the Department of Management and Budget.
