89.52 MS 1957 [Renumbered 18.351] 89.52 SURVEYS AND INVESTIGATIONS. The commissioner shall make surveys and investigations to determine the presence of infestations of forest pests or shade tree pests. For this purpose, duly designated representatives of the commissioner may enter at reasonable times on public and private lands to conduct the surveys and investigations.
