89.54 MS 1957 [Renumbered 18.371] 89.54 ZONES OF INFESTATION; ESTABLISHMENT. Upon the decision by the commissioner that the establishment of a zone of infestation is necessary, the commissioner shall make a written order establishing the zone, and upon making the order, the zone shall be established. Notice of the establishment of the zone shall thereupon be published in a newspaper having a general circulation in each county located in whole or in part in the proposed zone and posted on the Department of Natural Resources website.
