90.211 PURCHASE MONEY; WHEN FORFEITED. If the holder of an effective permit begins to cut and then fails to complete any part of the permit before the expiration of the permit, the permit holder shall nevertheless pay the price therefor; but under no circumstances shall timber be cut after the expiration of the permit or extension thereof.
