92.212 CERTAIN LANDS PRESUMED ABANDONED. If full payment of the amount due the state for any state public land sold before May 1, 1941, is not made before the expiration of the time prescribed in the certificate for full payment of the principal or any extension of time provided by law, it is presumed that the purchaser and all persons claiming under the purchaser abandoned the land and all right, title, interest in and claim to it, and have released it absolutely to the state and its assigns.
