92.26 STATEMENT OF SALES. Before May 2 each year the commissioner shall prepare a statement showing the lands sold in each county, the classes to which they belong, the numbers of the certificates of sale, the name of the persons to whom each was issued, and the amount of principal and interest due on each certificate on June 1. The commissioner shall forward copies of the statement to the governor and to the commissioner of management and budget.
