93.28 APPROVAL OF INSTRUMENTS. All instruments by virtue of which the title to a lease herein provided for is in any way affected shall receive the approval of the commissioner, which approval shall be endorsed thereon, and the instrument when so approved shall be duly filed as provided in section 93.27.
