94.11 TERMS OF PAYMENT. Terms of payment for lands sold by the commissioner of natural resources before July 1, 2004, are the same as those provided for state public lands by section 92.06, subdivision 1. For lands sold by the commissioner of natural resources on or after July 1, 2004, the terms of payment are the same as those provided for state public lands by section 92.06, subdivision 1a.
