94.50 SELLING AND EXCHANGING LANDS. The commissioner, with the approval of the Executive Council, shall have full power and authority to sell, exchange, or lease lands under jurisdiction of the commissioner when it is deemed advantageous to the state in the interests of the highest development, utilization, and management of state forests. Such sale, lease, or exchange of lands shall not be contrary to the terms of any contract which has been entered into and shall not apply to state trust fund lands.
