A party has the right to be represented by an attorney at any proceeding or hearing under Sections 11-15-101 through 11-15-143. A waiver thereof prior to the proceeding or hearing shall be ineffective.Laws, 1981, ch. 495, § 8, eff. 7/1/1981.
