Section 11-15-121 - Fees and expenses

Unless otherwise provided in the agreement or provision for arbitration, the arbitrators' reasonable expenses and fees, together with other reasonable expenses, not including counsel fees, incurred in the conduct of the arbitration shall be paid as provided in the award. Such compensation shall be taxed and collected as costs in the suit.Laws, 1981, ch. 495, § 11, eff. 7/1/1981.
