Upon application by a party to the arbitration filed within ninety (90) days of the receipt of the later of a copy of the award issued pursuant to Section 11-15-119, or a modified or corrected award as provided by Section 11-15-123 the court shall confirm an award, unless within the time limits hereinafter imposed grounds are urged for vacating, modifying or correcting the award, in which case the court shall proceed as provided in Sections 11-15-133 and 11-15-135.Laws, 1981, ch. 495, § 13, eff. 7/1/1981.
