Section 11-15-137 - Order and judgment on award; enforcement; costs

Upon the granting of an order confirming, modifying or correcting an award, a judgment or decree shall be entered and be enforced as any other judgment or decree. Costs may be awarded by the court.Laws, 1981, ch. 495, § 19, eff. 7/1/1981.
