Sections 11-15-1, 11-15-3, 11-15-5, 11-15-7, 11-15-9, 11-15-11, 11-15-13, 11-15-15, 11-15-17, 11-15-19, 11-15-21, 11-15-23, 11-15-25, 11-15-27, 11-15-29, 11-15-31, 11-15-33, 11-15-35 and 11-15-37, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provide for the submission for determination of disputed matter to arbitrators selected by law or agreement, shall not be applicable to those agreements enumerated in Section 11-15-101.Laws, 1981, ch. 495, § 22, eff. 7/1/1981.
