Section 11-15-31 - Judgments; when and how rendered

Upon such award being confirmed or modified, the court shall render such judgment therein in favor of the party entitled to the same, as would be rendered in such case in the circuit or chancery court.Codes, 1892, § 110; 1906, § 111; Hemingway's 1917, § 98; 1930, § 96; 1942, § 294.
