Sections 11-17-3 through 11-17-17 shall be liberally construed to validate and quiet title to lands heretofore passing under patent from the state and shall in no way be construed as repealing or limiting any other statutes now existing in aid of such titles under patents from the state.Codes, 1942, § 1321; Laws, 1940, ch. 309.
