Section 11-17-21 - Proceedings in suit for confirmation of title granted by political subdivision; defaults

All proceedings in said suit shall be governed by the Mississippi Rules of Civil Procedure. However, no default judgment shall be entered against the defendants unless the court determines the truth of the averments after a hearing pursuant to the Mississippi Rules of Civil Procedure.Codes, 1942, § 1322-02; Laws, 1954, ch. 248, § 2; Laws, 1991, ch. 573, § 35, eff. 7/1/1991.
