Section 11-19-93 - Exceptions to insufficient bond

If the plaintiff allege that the amount of the security required by the clerk for rent to prevent the issuance of a writ of possession is insufficient, the circuit judge, in term time or vacation, shall hear the allegations and inquire into the matter, and may order a new undertaking for the rent to be given within such time as he shall prescribe; and if it shall not be given, a writ of possession shall be issued as if security for rent had not been given.
