A judgment rendered in a suit of unlawful entry or detainer, either for the plaintiff or defendant, shall not bar any action in the circuit court between the same parties, respecting the same land; nor shall any judgment given therein be held conclusive of the facts found in any other action between the same parties.Codes, 1942, § 1058; Laws, 1934, ch. 234; Laws, 1936, ch. 246.
