Section 11-27-21 - Damage to remainder; determination

In determining damages, if any, to the remainder if less than the whole of a defendant's interest in property is taken, nothing shall be deducted therefrom on account of the supposed benefits incident to the public use for which the petitioner seeks to acquire the property.Codes, 1942, § 2749-11; Laws, 1971, ch. 520, § 11, eff. 1/1/1972.
