Section 11-33-43 - In absence of newspaper

If there should be no newspaper published within the county in which the attachment is pending, or in a convenient county, such notice shall be posted at the door of the courthouse of the county, and that shall be instead of publication in a newspaper.Codes, 1880, § 2440; 1892, § 146; 1906, § 150; Hemingway's 1917, § 142; 1930, § 140; 1942, § 2696.
