Section 11-33-55 - One satisfaction releases sureties

If the value of the property be paid by the sureties, or the property surrendered as provided in the bond, the judgment in the subsequent attachment shall, as to the sureties on the replevin bond, be satisfied.Codes, 1892, § 152; 1906, § 156; Hemingway's 1917, § 148; 1930, § 146; 1942, § 2702.
