Section 11-33-61 - Form of bond to discharge attachment for debt due

The bond to discharge the attachment for a debt due may be in the following form, viz.:'We, ____________________ principal, and ____________________ and ____________________, as sureties, are held and bound to pay ____________________ the sum of ____________________ dollars, unless the said ____________________ shall satisfy any judgment which may be recovered against him by the said ____________________ in his attachment suit against the said ____________________ for ____________________ dollars, returnable before the circuit court of ____________________ County, on the ____________________ day of ____________________ A.
