Section 11-37-113 - How writ may be executed

The writ may be executed by seizing the property described therein and summoning the defendant as in other civil actions, with a copy of the declaration and exhibits attached thereto to be attached to said writ, so as to fully inform the defendant as to the claim being made against him.Laws, 1975, ch. 508, § 7, eff. 4/8/1975.
