If the defendant shall, within two (2) days from the seizure of the property, enter into bond, with sufficient sureties, to be approved by the officer or the court, payable to the plaintiff, in double the value of the property, conditioned that it shall be forthcoming to satisfy the judgment of the court, the property shall be restored to him pending final judgment.Laws, 1975, ch. 508, § 8, eff. 4/8/1975.
