All the provisions of law in reference to the death of either party, and the revival of the cause in personal actions, and the death of any of the obligors in a bond given in a replevin action, and the proceedings thereon before and after judgment, shall apply in like case to the action of replevin, and to a claim of property in such action.Laws, 1975, ch. 508, § 27, eff. 4/8/1975.
