The proceedings and judgment shall in all cases be entered of record. If the trial be in vacation, the proceedings shall be written out and signed by the judge or chancellor and deposited with the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the habeas corpus is tried, unless the judge shall direct it to be deposited with such clerk of some other county.
