Section 11-9-123 - Form of entry of judgment in such case

The entry of final judgment in such case may be in the following form, viz.:'____________________ being duly summoned to appear and show cause against the judgment nisi for ten dollars entered against him in favor of ____________________, as a defaulting witness in the case of ____________________ v. ____________________ No. ____________________ on the ____________________ day of ____________________ A. D. ____________________, and having failed to show cause for such default, the said judgment nisi for ten dollars is now made final, as well as judgment for costs in said matter, this the ____________________ day of ____________________ A.
