Section 13-1-413 - Court's power to prohibit contact with child not affected by evidentiary provisions

Sections 13-1-401 through 13-1-415 do not in any way affect any court's power to order any person to refrain from contacting, or being in the presence of, any child.Laws, 1986, ch. 345, § 7, eff. 7/1/1986.
