The Clerk of the Supreme Court shall issue all process which may be ordered to issue by the court or any judge thereof. All process issuing from said court or on the order of any judge thereof, or which may be returnable therein, shall be under the seal of the court, and be signed by the clerk thereof, and may be directed to the sheriff or other proper officer of any county, who shall execute and return the same according to the command thereof.
